“Cats” Comes To Town

cats Cats Comes To Town

You probably have heard the hit song from the musical “Cats” called “Memory”, right?

You may have even seen  “Cats” - the classic Andrew Lloyd Webber production.

The show has come to Houston and it is better than ever. I had a chance to speak with two of the stars of “Cats”- both with ties to Houston.

Now playing at the Hobby Center For The Performing Arts, it’s the longest running, most popular, North American Touring Production in history!

There’s no better way to introduce your family to the wonders of live theatre than with the magic, the mystery, the memory of CATS.

What began as a musical about cats after Andrew Lloyd Webber picked up a book of poems in an airport bookshop has become one of the longest running shows in Broadway’s history.

Winner of seven Tony® Awards including Best Musical, CATS features 20 of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s timeless melodies, including the hit song “Memory.”

Check out my interview with Laura Henning who plays the role of “Cassandra” and Larry Lozier who is the assistant dance captain and does swing roles for the show!
