East Texas Kid Raises Thousands For Dad With Lemonade Stand

Drew Cox is a 6 year-old from Gladewater, Texas who wanted to help his family when his dad was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer. So he started selling lemonade Saturday, and raised a surprising amount of money!

$10,000!!!

Cars wrapped around the block, some driving from as far as 70 miles away to chip in and help with Randy Cox’s medical bills.

“You know that love can come from a small child, and just blossom into something so amazing,” Robin McDaniel told KLTV-TV in Tyler. She was one of the many folks who came to support the cause.

Grab a box of tissues and check out the touching photos and heart-warming video here.
