Apparently the gluten-free diet is really working for Miley Cyrus…and I mean REALLY working!

Miley was in Miami Beach on Wednesday in a tiny gray mini dress and she looked way skinnier than usual. But we are not to worry! Miley says it’s because she changed to a healthier diet.

Back in April she tweeted that her weight-loss wasn’t eating disorder, but because of her gluten-free diet. It excludes foods containing the protein found in wheat. The tweet read, “For everyone calling me anorexic, I have a gluten and lactose allergy. It’s not about weight — it’s about health. Gluten is crap anyway!”

She then added, “Everyone should try no gluten for a week! The change in your skin, physical and mental health is amazing. You won’t go back!”

Hmmm I’m not sure if I could do the gluten free diet unless you could still be able to have all the chocolate you want… 😉
