‘Lauren’s Lowdown’: Another “Friend” Gets Engaged; Two More Ladies Leaving ‘The View’

Courteney Cox is engaged to boyfriend Johnny McDaid, the duo revealed via Twitter. The Snow Patrol rocker and the Cougar Town actress both respectively tweeted on June 26: “I’m engaged to him!” and “I’m engaged to her!”

The Friends alum and McDaid, 37, were first spotted in December 2013 as they attended Jennifer Aniston’s holiday party in L.A.

Sherri Shepherd is leaving The View. “It’s been seven wonderful years on The View and after careful consideration it is time for me to move on. I am extremely grateful to Barbara Walters and Bill Gedde for giving me the opportunity. I look forward to the business opportunities that lay ahead for me and I am incredibly grateful to my View family and my fans for supporting me on this journey.”

Jenny McCarthy is ALSO leaving the show after only being on the panel for one year…making Whoopi Goldberg the only member remaining. The show is on hiatus next week until more announcements are made.

Adam Levine told GQ Magazine that the best thing about being famous is not having to do laundry. ‘

‘You know what the greatest thing about what’s happened to me is? I don’t have to do my own laundry. I’d always think to myself, I can’t wait for the time when I don’t have to do laundry anymore.
