Senator Wastes Time On “No Hoodie Law”

Oklahoma state Sen. Don Barrington has proposed an amendment to a bill that makes it illegal to wear a “mask, hood, or covering” while committing a crime—except his addition would now make it against the law to wear them in public at all. If you’re caught, it’ll cost ya $500. The proposal is designed to prevent people from keeping their identities hidden “by means of a robe, mask, or other disguise and is immediately necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, and safety.” Sorry Usher, you can’t play in Oklahoma.

This is what the taxpayers of Oklahoma have to brag about. This is a joke, and giant waste of time. Now wonder everybody hates Congress. What if people have personal issues for wearing hoodies like maybe they have cancer or they’re losing their hair? Work on our taxes, our healthcare, schools, and roads. We don’t give a crap about hoodies you idiots. – Atom
