‘Full House’ Reboot is Coming to Netflix in 2016

When you’re lost out there, and you’re all alone, the Full House reboot will be on Netflix.

John Stamos (a.k.a. Uncle Jessie) officially revealed last night (April 20) on Jimmy Kimmel Live! that the streaming network has ordered 13 episodes of a spin-off called Fuller House. 

According to Stamos, it starts as a reunion and becomes a reversal of the original starring DJ Tanner (Candace Cameron-Bure), her sister Stephanie (Jodie Sweetin) and best friend Kimmy Gibler (Andrea Barber).

Netflix then really, really made it official by releasing a press statement confirming Stamos’ announcement and revealing the bit of news we all want to know, when it will premiere. Unfortunately, we’ll all have to wait until 2016.

Stamos told Kimmel their will be an hour long reunion special before the series premiere. No date for that has been revealed.

But, not everything is right in this house. In fact, the show starts with a bit of tragedy.
