ABC Cancels Revenge

ABC has officially canceled Revenge. Although fans have speculated for a while now that the series was coming to an end, Executive Producer Sunil Nayer confirmed the news to Entertainment Weekly.

“We can officially tell our fans that this will be the end of the story,”Nayar tells EW. “We’ve been talking to the network and we all just wanted to make sure that we felt very confident. Now that everybody has seen the finale—which is fabulous—everybody understands that as much as we all adore the show, it has hit exactly the mark it needed to to end. This is the series finale of Revenge that will be airing in a couple weeks.”

Personally, I was hooked the first and second season, but eventually the show kinda fell flat. It started to seem like Emily already had her revenge and was just sticking around for funsies. And then her dad randomly showed up again after the whole premise of the show was seeking revenge against the people who ruined her and her dads life! Either way, I’m sad to see the show go.

The series finale will happen Sunday May 10th. Will you be watching? Have you been following since day one? Let us know!
