Texas Not Impacted By Niagra Water Bottle Recall

California based, Niagra Bottling issued a voluntary recall of Spring Water bottles from their 2 Pennsylvania facilities. The recall was issued after one of their operators notified them of E. Coli bacteria evidence at one of their spring sources.

I don’t know about you, but for the last few days I’ve been confused about whether or not I should toss my water bottles in the trash or if they’re safe to keep.

In a consumer notice issued by Niagra, the company stated, “This recall only relates to spring water produced in our Pennsylvania manufacturing facilities from June 10-18th, 2015.  It does not relate to any purified water or any spring water produced outside of Pennsylvania or outside the June 10-18th, 2015 time frame.” The issue is only with their Spring Water and not the Purified Water.

Most importantly, they listed states affected by the recall and the good news is, Texas is not on the list.
