Move over Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert…2 more celeb couples have followed your divorce lead!
Reba McIntyre and her husband Narvel Blackstock, and now one of my favorite celeb couples- Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale! Nooooo!
According to TMZ, Gwen filed the paperwork from Gavin citing ‘irreconcilable differences’ in the divorce petition, and BOTH of them are seeking joint custody of their 3 kids: Kingston, Zuma and Apollo.
There was no prenup during the 13 years they’ve been together, so the couple will be splitting things 50/50 due to the California community property laws. Another TMZ source also claims, “Gwen and Gavin have not gotten along for some time. As one source put it, the split was “a long time coming.”
In a joint statement the pair said, “While the two of us have come to the mutual decision that we will no longer be partners in marriage, we remain partners in parenthood and are committed to jointly raising our three sons in a happy and healthy environment.”
Here’s the scoop on Reba’s divorce:
According to USA Today, Reba McEntire and husband and manager Narvel Blackstock announced Monday they have separated after 26 years of marriage.
In a joint statement on her website, the couple said that “despite this being the end of their marriage, they continue to support each other. They have worked together for 35 years and will continue to do so. They have asked that you respect their privacy during this time.”
Yesterday, RadarOnline reported that after 17 years together, Will Smith and his wife Jada Pinkett Smith were getting a divorce, but the couple slammed those rumors on Will’s Facebook page:
The guys of One Direction released their new single “Drag Me Down” last week on Spotify, and of course they set a new record for the most streams in a single day. They had more than 4.75 million streams on the music service, and obviously it went straight to #1 on Apple Music too.
Three years after Whitney Houston was laid to rest at a Cemetery in Westfield, N.J., her daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown was buried next to her.
Her funeral was held in Atlanta last Saturday, six months after she was found lying face down in her bathtub on Jan. 31 which was eerily similar to her mom Whitney’s death in her Beverly Hills hotel room in February 2012.
Bobbi Kristina was only 22 years old at the time of her death.
