In the article, they talk about drinking plenty of water as well as monitoring fluid loss by checking the color of your urine. “It should be pale yellow and not dark yellow, too smelly or cloudy.” They also mention replenishing fluids after a workout with foods that salt and potassium such as, vegetables and soups.
