Chick-Fil-A Diet Is Not A Real Thing

Chick-Fil-A is taking strides towards becoming a healthy fast-food chain.

First they replaced their fan-favorite coleslaw with the new superfood kale side.

Now, they are adding healthy lifestyle tips to their bags including a tip to eat smaller meals every three hours.

The bag reads,

“Kick off the New Year by adding one healthy habit to your routine…Here’s a good one: Eat smaller meals (like an 8-count pack of grilled nuggets) every three to four hours.”

NOTE: Chick-Fil-A is NOT telling you to eat their nuggets 6 times a day. They are suggesting you eat a food portion around the same size as their grilled nuggets every three to four hours. They used their menu item simply as an example.

Sorry, there is no such thing as a Chick-Fil-A diet. Although, if you have time to visit Chick-Fil-A every three hours for grilled nuggets, then I guess you’re doing it! But that probably wouldn’t be the best idea for your wallet or sodium intake.

If you misunderstood what the bag states, you are not alone! Lots of people think the fast food chain is encouraging people to eat their grilled nuggets all day.
