Lukas Forchhammer is taking a time out for self-care.

This week, the Danish pop-soul stars who comprise Lukas Graham were slated to perform their first Australian tour dates ever. However, the shows scheduled for August 10 in Tokyo, August 13 in Melbourne, and August 16 in Sydney have been canceled due to frontman Lukas Forchhammer’s battle with “extreme exhaustion.” It’s unclear whether the dates will be rescheduled.

Lukas Graham was nominated for a Best New Artist VMA last month, and the canceled dates fall at the very start of their world tour, scheduled to run through next April. In addition to crisscrossing the United States this fall, Graham is tapped for a grueling European leg next spring. The canceled dates appear to be the only shows planned for Asia and Oceania.

The next unhindered stop on Lukas Graham’s tour is Belgium on August 17.
